Being able to add merge fields in RENXT email communications would be very helpful. For example, under "working with participants" if a table number is assigned you can see this field on participant listing but can't use as a merge field. Other fields such as customizing emails with first name or addressee would additionally personalize emails to constituents. It makes a difference.
