Event Fees/Prices: Select from Event Unit table rather than free form text

When adding event fees/prices in NXT, users (even if they don't have the security access) can add whatever they want in these fields and it gets added to the Event Units table. Please add the ability for users to select from the Unit table only and not an open text field.

This is a similar problem to the one with the UK counties table where it allows anyone (even if they don't have security access) to add anything to the table.
