Dropdown list for selecting Funds or Campaigns

While I appreciate the smart search tool in RE NXT, it does nothing for me if I don't know what funds, campaigns, appeals, packages, etc. are in the database. A dropdown list (while keeping the smart search) would be very helpful to see all of the available options.

    This would be very helpful. My MGOs require a print-out list of our campaigns so that they know which ones they need to input in their opportunities because they don't know the names of the campaigns at the top of their heads. It should be done like database view:
    - User can type in the campaign/fund/appeal
    - If user does not know a window to view all or search is opened
    - User (with permissions) is able to create new on the spot
