Action tracks: In Webview, when an action is completed, trigger the next action

Currently the Action Tracks only fully works in Database view. When you configure programmable actions thanks to actions tracks in DB view, and you finish an action by entering it in Web view, it doesn't trigger the next action. We need to be able to use both the DB view and the Web view equally!

    This is a critical function of action tracks and it's unfathomable that completing an action in web view doesn't trigger the next action in the action track.
