In Email Marketing allow ability to choose multiple recipient lists

Allow the option to select and choose multiple recipient lists to send your remail marketing to. That way you can select a list that includes your alumnae, a list that includes your major donors, and a list that includes your Board members without having to make a new list that includes all of these people.

    Lump this in here. It'd be nice to be able to email Constituents without trying to conform them into a list. I think it'd be similar function to "Add/Exclude from list" where you can keyword search, and select records one-by-one. I think this helps my broader staff use NXT more for committee work or elite volunteer teams.

    Similarly, I would like to be able to send an email to one list in advance of another list. For example, I would like to be able to send a solicitation email to my entire advancement team at least 3 business days before the date it is scheduled to go to the public list. Being able to schedule that all in one email would be nice.

    This is a feature we had in Netcommunity. If NXT allowed us to combine multiple lists, we would still be running our emails through Blackbaud instead of another platform.
