basic contact form for NXT and RE

unable to create a basic contact form for people to find out more about our organization. seems like a obvious form that people would use, that would capture names and contact info in the database, other than importing from a 3rd party.

    What's hilarious, is that in registering to vote for this request, I have to fill out a basic contact form. So Blackbaud have and use this feature themselves, but don't allow us NXT users the same privilege.
