Hi,

Configurations -> Addressee/Salutations have a set of salutations we can use.

Our organization use a code called P to identify parents with students in our school in their addressee. I am trying to automate this further.

In the example highlighted in Blue William And Margaret has a child in the school. So at the end of their names P is associated.

For this I would like to add Child's Class of as well.

So I need to know how do I tag child's class of by adding that field here?

The place where [Child class of] section in this screenshot need to be updated with the correct tag to do that.

I see an article where we can add primary alumni [class of] but that is only for alumna. But not for the parents with students who are studying currently. https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/44814
