Giving Statements and Receipts should use the salutation field - PDF & Email Versions

Or, at least provide a means to pick the naming format. When sending statements and receipts to donors, the spouse gets left out because it's only pulling the name from the main screen.

    Indeed, it is fundamental to be able to address receipts to the salutation field so that spouses are included in the gift receipt. Thank you.
