I'm going to open this up for voting, but wanted to note that the calculation today accounts for the most expensive credit card that a donor could choose to use - American Express. Since we do not necessarily know the card used until the very end of the transaction after the donor cover selection, the amount bases of this amount so all of the processing fee is ALWAYS covered.
