Please add a "Create list" function to the unassigned tab, as I sometimes end up working there to filter lists of constituents. Right now the only way to create a list from that tab is to either duplicate the work, which I don't really want to do, or export as a CSV and create a list on the database side, which is slightly less work but still clunky.

There are "create a list" options on the marketing tab, why not here?
