Link to edit Event registration

Ideally, sent in the confirmation email for ALL events.


At any point in time, need to send Event Registration Form via email that allows guests to edit their registration.

Situations when needed:

  • If we add another option (salad to the menu, t-shirts for the event, etc.)

  • If they get sick and need to cancel

  • If they want to add additional guests or switch guest names

  • If we have to reschedule

    With the option of "provide information later" for participants, event staff are spending way too much time going back to each registrant contact to get their guest info. They should be able to click a link, to view their guest info, and edit as needed. Ideally, the registrant contact could enter their guest email to send an event invitation to their guest(s). Then a simple import/update process.
