We really need to be able to see the list that giving statements were sent to. Not just the ones that did not deliver. My boss wants to see a list of everyone who received an electronic giving statement and I cannot give him that information.
Minimally, being able to generate/export a list of constituent IDs plus the statement date range for EMAILED giving statements would be helpful so we can Global Add an action to the constituents' records. If this needs to be an expiring option due to limited storage capacity, that would at least provide some ability to create an audit trail and perhaps avoid sending duplicate emails. Could this be either a tab with recipients history much like the marketing module has for emails, or on the constituent list tab, an additional button that allows exporting a CSV of selected constituents so this can be exported before selecting the email/PDF options? Or an option on the email/PDF panels to add an action to the constituents at the same time the giving statement is added? Either that, or constituent list filter options to search on giving statement history.
