I had a mix up happen yesterday with the NXT giving statements as I was learning the new nxt giving statements. I sent out email statements by mistake which really upset my boss. There needs to be more confirmation when sending out these statements, the ability to schedule the send, etc. Are you sure a couple times. I did not even know I had sent out email statements until my boss called me upset. This is a big problem that there are not more controls and confirmations before sending this email batch. I don't even see a place I can look to see how many emails sent, when they sent, etc. etc. In other programs I can put an email into a que, schedule delivery, cancel if it is in error, test/preview the email to see what it looks like. Edit the recipients, etc. etc. I would not recommend using this to anyone until these things are fixed. It has a caused a big problem for my organization and my relationship with my supervisor.
That's horrible! I've never used this feature and didn't know it just sent like this when you clicked the button. Thanks for the heads up!
