We track what appeals are returned by USPS, when donors respond to appeals without giving, and when donors acknowledge receipt of an appeal to their relationship manager. Right now these responses can only be updated in database view, but it would be beneficial for fundraisers who work primarily in web view to be able to select from a drop down menu to update a donors response to any appeal. Knowing what donors respond to positively or negatively, and which donors are engaging with our appeals, can help with prospecting, building a pipeline, and increasing efficencies in a direct mail program.
