Be able to set the max donation amount per transaction allowed on NXT donation forms

NXT donation forms are set to a default max amount of $50,000 per transaction. It would be nice to be able to set a smaller limit on specific donation forms. While, yes, we don't necessarily want to limit gifts from our donors, a lowered max could be needed for a variety of reasons.
