If a donor wishes to cover the fee of their recurring gift or a 1-time CC gift they are making to the organization over the phone or through the mail allow Office Staff, Data Processing Team, to select donor cover when running/processing a CC through RE-NXT. Currently only donors who make a gift through an online NXT Donation Form can select the donor cover option.
