Usually works, but not always. When donors make one-time gifts on the website they get put into batches that need to be approved and it's not always going into one batch to be easiliy confirmed, but sometimes it's multiple batches. This would help the people who are working in the "back" to approve and edit any gifts coming in on a given day.
