Customize Preview on RE NXT Online Donation Form Designer
In RE NXT Online Donation Form Designer, current preview for Phone Number is (123)456-7890, but in my organization system, we are using the phone number format as : 123-456-7890. We hope RE NXT allows us to customize the phone number format in online donation form design as our system required: 123-456-7890. If our online donation donors enter the phone number format as we expected, it will greatly help us to improve the matching of the donors

The text for phone format that is included with phone number field makes no sense when you could have "phone" mapped to a landline or mobile number that typically have very different formats. You can enter the phone number in other formats without an error message so there is no point having this text if you can't amend it to suit your organisation it just confuses donors!

I strongly hope this can be done! I tried once to create a new constituent from web view and the phone number format was forced to (xxx)-xxx-xxxx. So I have to go to database view to change it.
