What would make this great would be if registrations hit the specified capacity:

• A "waitlist" capacity count can be configured on the event

• When registrations hit capacity, new registrations can still be accepted but come in with an RSVP Status of "Waitlist" until the Waitlist capacity threshold has been met

• If a registration with an RSVP Status of "Attending" is cancelled, the first registration record with a status of "Waitlist" would have its status flipped to "Attending" and would assume the now opened capacity

  • Email would be triggered on the status change to notify the registrant that their status was updated from Waitlist to Attending

• Waitlist records would be pulled up into Attending status based on date order in which the registrations occurred
