Idea Bank '182' apparently accounted for soft credits with tags of 'lapsing', 'lost', etc. But we need soft credits to also apply to the "Overdue Pledge" tag when a constituent gets marked deceased. Otherwise we have to move the pledge hard credit to the surviving spouse for the pledge to appear for our field officers review.
