The SPF include statement for Blackbaud products (include:outboundmail.blackbaud.net) contains two additional include statements within it, for a grand total of 3 lookups. When I add include:outboundmail.blackbaud.net to our SPF record, it puts us over the maximum allowed number of include statements (10). Can you please consolidate your SPF record to only have 1 include statement? We are also AcademicWorks customers, so it would be nice if you also added the AcademicWorks IP address (208.117.49.214/32) to the outboundmail.blackbaud.net SPF record so that we don't have to also include the AcademicWorks SPF record, eliminating an additional lookup.
