Be able to add Fund Description, Campaign Description, Appeal Description and Package Description to a Constituent Record under "Giving History"

When RE is integrated with FE, the FundID is usually a number for finance which leaves the development department unknowing which fund it is. Having the Fund, Campaign, Appeal and Package Descriptions as an option on the constituent record under "Giving History" would eliminate this issue.
