It is getting harder to defend our use of Raiser's Edge when our staff find the functionality they need described on the website only to find out that despite the release notice often being 2 or more years ago, the functionality is still not available in the Asia Pacific region. I understand that products and improvements need to go through beta testing, but not years of it surely. One example is the web-based Events function - great, simple, but for reasons I can't fathom, released in Australia without the registration function. Why??? The release notes on the functionality are dated from around 2021. What can be done to move the release schedules along?
