We use Omatic to bring in actions to describe donor thank-you calls. (Dozens of these are done at a time, so it really isn't feasible to manually enter each one.) Many of our donors have multiple phone numbers on file, so it would be helpful if the action could indicate which phone number was called. Because of limitations in Blackbaud's SKY API, Omatic currently can't import anything into the Phone number field. We would like that updated so our data in RE can be complete.
