That's not what this idea was about. Many schools/orgs have multiple education relationships for their constituents (think about schools that have undergrad, masters, and PhD programs.). They need to see 'Class of' for each of those relationships. Not just the primary education class of on the display name.
Changing to "shipped". We implemented a feature in Control Panel / Settings / Constituent records that enables organizations to define the individual display name show on constituent records and in search results. In those settings, you can choose to include "Class Year", and if selected, the class year will show in the row of the relationship in the Relationships Tile.
