Ability to select which lists are included in the pop down

There are some lists that I use more frequently and I'd love to be able to tag which ones show up on the pop-down. I'm not sure how it's determined what shows up there, but it's not always helpful.

    Isn't the popdown just the lists that you have kept open? You can just keep open the ones you use frequently.
