Adjust default percentage for Complete Cover from 10% to 5%
Asking our donors to add an additional 10% to their donation or event ticket purchase is a lot. I understand there is a drop-down where the donor can choose a different amount but defaulting to more than three times the standard credit card fee of 2.5% + $0.30 is excessive. Being at the mercy of Blackbaud, and not having the ability to adjust this ourselves, makes it more difficult for me to keep "selling" the benefit to my administration at our all-girls high school.

We have received a significant number of complaints about this on our donation forms as well, and we are trying to find a way to change it. We do not have an unlimited donor base and burning bridges with them because Blackbaud is asking an exorbitant fee that has no basis in real fees paid to Blackbaud is unacceptable. Our donors feel it is a sneaky underhanded cash grab that does not reflect industry standards - and they KNOW it. Please make this amount either adjustable (and the unscrupulous are welcome to leave it at 10%) or reduce it to the actual fees collected by Blackbaud (~3.75%). It is damaging transparency with our donors, and with us as your clients, that this is not adjustable.

I use blackbaud and it is important to ask your donors/clients to cover the processing charge of 3%. To ask for 10% is not right. Can you please change it to 3% or have it adjustable for each company?
