I'm starting to work on cleaning up the contacts in organization records (jealous yet) and it occurred to me how helpful it would be if, when a record has the primary contact checkbox checked in DB view, that individual's contact info (email and phone) is added to the organization's contact information tile in web view. It shouldn't replace the info that's already there, just be added to it. That way you wouldn't have to search in the relationships tile for who to contact at the org. Perhaps even the email address could then be accessible through NXT emails since only those marked as primary on the main record are able to be emailed through NXT.
