Ability to clean up inactive table entries

Users are unable to select inactive table entries from the Select entries to replace menu when performing table cleanup in the web view. Considering one of the common case uses for the Table Cleanup feature is to clean up table entries that users no longer wish to use or keep in their database, users should be able to select inactive table entries from the Select entries to replace menu when performing table cleanup in the web view.

I find it absolutely infuriating that I have to reactivate every inactive entry I want to clean up. Typically, a DBA will go through and make bad table entries inactive so that the problem won't keep perpetuating. Then when one has a chance to do the cleanup, one has to go into every. single. entry. and reactivate it to use the table cleanup functionality. Help us out, BB!
