Add Selections for Inactive/Deceased/No Valid Address Filters to Query Control Reports

Control Reports are useful for capturing all the details of existing queries, but I noticed that the three high-level filters with check boxes on the query creation screen don't appear anywhere on control reports. Can this be added?
