We have all of these great tools in traditional RE. In Attributes/Custom Fields I'm able to create a category for things such as Consecutive or Sustainer Giving and use it for multiple FY's instead of making a new category for each year. I'm able to create a table in the description field for FY15-16, FY16-17 etc.

NXT in many ways seems to be a dumbed down version of RE where you've decided for us which capabilities we don't need anymore. It's the same thing with Packages in Appeals. I use them a lot, but they seem to be useless in the filtering capabilities of reports and lists.
