Enhance the user experience by allowing users to easily access contact information. By providing our org phone number, users can quickly get in touch with us and get their questions answered. While some organizations put their phone number in their logo, this may not be the most effective solution. Allowing users to easily find contact information within the Portal would be a more user-friendly solution.
Or consider adding a 'Contact Us' section within the Portal that allows organizations to enter their contact information. This section could include fields for phone number, physical address, and a contact form.
