Consent options in portal

It would be really helpful to allow constituents to manage their consent options through the new Portal

    I agree that this should be added to Portal! This will encourage more adoption of portal and be another reason for users to configure and send out portal invitations so that their constituents can update their preferences.

    And add a way for RE NXT email recipients to do this through the portal or some other means.
