Add Letterbox to the Tools dropdown menu

Right now Letterbox is a link on the homepage in an illogical location. It would be better/more intuitive to have Letterbox as an item in the Tools dropdown menu, similar to Donation Form Designer and Website Components. This would save the user the step of loading the homepage just to get to Letterbox.

    This is a great idea but I'm not sure whether it would not be better to contact RedArc about making it possible instead of Blackbaud
