Display Note Summary in Actions Pane even when there is no text in the Notes Box

Many of our fundraisers just add the brief summary when entering actions, but upon saving, the summary does not display in the actions pane unless there is text in the Notes box. They have to click into the action to be to view the summary which is confusing and time consuming.

    I thought this was asking for the Action Note Summary field to appear on ACTIONS tab of each fundraiser's Work Center. This is NOT happening, but would be a great advantage as simple steps are often recorded only in the Action Note Summary, not the actual notes.

    This idea has been implemented for all NXT databases.  The Summary (Description) of the Action Note will appear when previewing the action on the Action panel without text entered in the Notes section!

    Yes, current display is confusing and time consuming. Please return to previous view when one can see the summary. Thank you.
