Ability to link event pledges to Registration Fees/Payments in NXT

In the database view you are able to easily link a gift or pledge to the event it's related to but not in NXT.

We definitely need to be able to link an event fee to a pledge payment revenue. I cannot understand my the pledge payment, as money received, will not appear in the list of linkable revenues.

In addition to this, I'd like to see a "committed" stat associated with the event so we can see the pledges that have been linked to each event participant. This should be visible on both the event list, event summary page, and participant list in the RENXT Event view.
