We constantly share lists with our full team for review when determining who to invite to events, what prospects to add to campaign, etc. They always have to export them or manually write out their notes to share. If the list had a binary field that saved with the list - an on or off checkbox - this review process would be so fast and easy. People who don't have data entry rights, like board members, could do their reviews so fast.
