For the search results preview dropdown, it would be nice to have an indicator for either HoH or "not HoH" on the search results preview similar to the "(deceased)" indicator. This would really help when searching a common last name and would help fundraisers identify when a spouse legitimately has their own full constituent record rather than it being a duplicate record that needs to be merged.

Other than an indicator/tag solution in the search results preview, perhaps the non-primary constituent record could be demoted in the results preview. Either tweak would help.
