Currently, the list of Actions on a tile is limited to the most recent 20 items. The Action Type filter list is also based on recent actions. I can find the Action Type as a filter in the full list, but only the Action Types of the recent Actions show and are able to be selected.

If the default list of Actions remains as the 20 'most recent' ideally, if the filter was employed it would then collapse down to the '20 most recent' of that specific action type etc.
