Add ability to COPY a batch, not just mark it as 'recurring'

We have WPG donors whose batches vary a lot, and to be able to copy a batch, &/or to be able to copy/use an earlier (not the most recent) instance of a recurring batch, would be a lifesaver.

    Agree! To be able to duplicate a batch and make changes to just one row like the date would be amazing!!! Other CRM's have this feature.
