This is useful for any organization who has a recurring giving program.

The benefit is to help automate the communication with donors who have a failed gift and to offer ways for them to update their gift details (perhaps linking to the donor portal).

The way it should work is, once an automated recurring gift fails/becomes an exception and is put in the RENXT gift MGT batch, an email should be sent out to the donor.
