NXT needs to have the functionality to show if a gift has been written off. Right now, it only shows a zero balance but doesn't indicate if was paid by the donor or if it was written off. There should be a column available to see this information on a donor's gift page and lists. Reports show write offs, which is confusing that other aspects of NXT do not.
