Ability to query NXT donation form titles

Can you please add a functionality that allows the name of the NXT donation form to be queried through Database View? So you can find the ones who have donated through the NXT form through Database View using the name of the form.

    Donation Form Name is available by querying the gift custom field of "Donation Form Name"
