While I find the description on this particular idea a little confusing and lacking a problem statement, I agree that there needs to be more ability to manage recurring gifts internally. By this, I mean that we need the ability to import in order to add new or update existing records, and also need the ability to make changes via global change. Without it, this is not a frictionless process nor does it have enough "goodness" to be easily managed by your customers.
