We receive a lot of duplicate accounts due to online donations. There needs to be time to clean up a duplicate account or it shows as a new first-time giver and receives the welcome series emails. If we set up a workflow welcome series, we would like time to review the accounts in the list before it is sent out. This can't be done without scheduling the first workflow email to go out on a specific day of the week or a specific time. Is this possible to add? Thanks.
