Option to have PayPal/Venmo as a payment and have donors cover the transaction fee Merged

I would like to be able to have donors have the option of covering transaction fees and have donors also have more platforms (paypal and venmo) as an option to donate through. The one or the other option is limitng to my organizations donation potential. We like having paypal as an option, however currently with that selected we have to cover all fees associated with the transaction.

Integrate PayPal to Payment method when donors pay for transaction fee Merged

I don't understand why PayPal is not integrated when either the customer or the organization pays for the transaction fee. So far, this option only appears when the organization sets the "Fee Coverage" to "My organization pays"
