Please have the "use duplicate criteria for new records" in import to include emails. Emails are specific to an individual and will only return one constituent ID. Whereas common names, such as, "John Smith", returns multiple IDs and each ID needs to be looked up to verify if it is a real match. It would be more accurate and less time consuming to use emails as part of the "use duplicate criteria for new records". Thank you for your consideration!
