allow ticket capacity to close out registration when max capacity met

We have restrictions on capacity for events and need to be sure registration cloes automatically when that number has been met.

This is so so important for events where you don't care about ticket types (if someone is a guest, an alum, and so forth), but instead about safety and seating numbers. I am constantly having to refund and refuse tickets to guests when I can't monitor ticket capacity over the weekend

RENXT Event Forms have repeatedly overbooked my capacity due to the fact that capacity limits are for different ticket types. It would be helpful if registration forms closed booking at a set number, even if the overall capacity field on the event...
