Add a filter for Acquisition, Recapture and Retention to include/exclude Deceased donors and gifts.

Because estate gifts from deceased donors are included in these reports, it skews the totals and doesn't present a true picture of new and retained donors for future solicitation.

      I am surprised that no one else has asked for this yet - it seems pretty basic.
