We have used the field as a text field to provide next steps on the action. The field is available when Task/Other Category is selected and is the only field on the Action General tab that can accept text. There's history in the field. I understand there is no longer integration with Word, but a text field on the General tab is important to us. It doesn't matter what the field is called going forward, but the name of the field of information that used to be available is called Attached Word Document Name.
